MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Roberto Morote
Born in Denmark, I am a lifelong learner driven by curiosity and a deep passion for understanding people, relationships, and systems. I believe that we are all part of interconnected systems—both externally in our relationships and environments and internally within our own inner world. My work is rooted in a relationship and systems approach, helping individuals and teams navigate these dynamics with awareness and intention.
Since 2007, I have worked professionally in people and leadership development, executive recruitment, and assessment. I have had the privilege of collaborating with international leading companies such as Russell Reynolds Associates, WS Audiology, The KILROY Group, Heidrick & Struggles, Telenor, DSB, and Ecover. I am a Certified Integral Psychotherapist from ID Academy, having completed a four-year program approved by Dansk Psykoterapeut Forening (Danish Psychotherapy Association, MPF). My dissertation focused on trauma and stress, emotional-focused therapy (dealing with anger), and transpersonal development. I have been engaged in therapist training and supervision since 2016.
Beyond my professional career, I have tested my mental and physical resilience by completing some of the toughest ultra-endurance triathlons and multi-stage races in the world, including Celtman in Scotland, Ultraman in Wales, and Marathon des Sables in the Sahara Desert. These experiences have shaped my understanding of perseverance, self-discovery, and the importance of mindset.
At the heart of everything I do is my commitment to meaningful relationships. I bring warmth, dedication, challenge, and playfulness to my work, fostering deep and transformative connections with the individuals and teams I support.
My proudest and most humbling role is being a father and a husband—an ever-evolving journey that continues to teach me about love, patience, and lifelong growth.
My methodology
With certifications in Hogan Assessment tools (HPI, HDS, MVPI), Everyday DISC, and the Talent Indicator Strength-Based Assessment, I bring data-driven insights to support team dynamics, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
