Make anger your friend
Our anger has an enormous transformational potential when we learn to deal with it. Like other emotions, anger is a source of information telling us when we feel hurt or violated and can have an important protector role.
If fiery feelings can be understood first as a call to inner balance and self-reflection rather than unhealthy reaction, it can fuel strategic thinking, emotional maturation and productive action.
We can develop this skill and befriend our anger – healthy anger can be a strong fuel for positive change.
I am happy to see that Financial Times gives anger positive attention in this interesting article.
